Minimum Subscription Commitment

All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two (2) subscription billing cycles before cancellation is permitted.

The 10-minute video introduction with the founder is designed to meet the founder, ask any questions you have about our products, the business, shipping, or the website. It is a good opportunity to ask questions if you would like more information about anything and to provide feedback.

Upon booking a ten-minute video introduction with the founder, you agree to the following terms:

You will not ask us to diagnose, treat or cure any serious diseases;
You will not ask us to provide you with any medical advice relating to a serious medical condition;
You will only ask us questions related to the business, our product, or the website;
If you do not ask us anything directly related to the business, our product, or the website, we have the right to cancel the meeting effective immediately;
If you act inappropriately, we have the right to end the meeting and end your subscription with STMNA Bioactives;
Each meeting is strictly ten minutes, and we have the right to end the meeting after this time or to continue the meeting;
If you did not get the answer or explanation you wanted within the timeframe and want another meeting, please contact us at support@stmna.com.au;
